Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Operations Manager for its Trafford flagship in Manchester. You will lead daily operations, plan priorities, and drive performance to ensure an exceptional customer experience across a fast-paced fashion store.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong visual merchandising awareness and the ability to manage stock and budgets to deliver strong trading results.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management position (e.g., Operations Manager, Store Manager, Floor Manager)
• Strong operational mindset with ability to organise, prioritise and coordinate many moving parts
• Experience preparing a store for trade and setting daily routines, standards and expectations
• Commercial awareness with ability to use sales figures and KPIs to drive decisions and improve performance

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the daily operational rhythm of a busy flagship store from opening to close
• Plan and coordinate daily priorities, lead morning briefings, set clear objectives
• Drive operational efficiency through team deployment, rota planning and resource allocation
• Monitor live sales performance, KPIs and budgets, adapt priorities to maximise opportunities
• Oversee stock movement, deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation
