Job summary

Watkin Jones Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Guildford on a £60 million student accommodation development. You will work alongside the Construction Director to drive delivery from inception to completion, overseeing site operations, subcontractors and stakeholders while maintaining safety, quality and value for our client.

You will hold an NVQ Level 4, HND or Degree in construction-related field, with SMSTS and CSCS.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and project management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Experience overseeing construction from pre-construction to completion.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients and lead delivery with the Construction Director.
• Develop and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee site activities, subcontractors, and project teams ensuring safety and quality.
