Flagship store on Oxford Street

Job summary

Stellar Global is hiring a confident Customer Experience Team member to support the launch of its flagship store on Oxford Street. This is a fixed-term contract from September to December 2026.

This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you’ll engage with the public, represent a premium global brand, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience from launch through to the end of the year. Store hours: Mon-Sat 10:00-19:00, Sun 12:00-18:00.

Qualifications

• Retail or front-of-house experience with premium brands.
• Excellent presentation and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking to a large volume of customers daily.
• Able to work in a fast-paced flagship environment.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a busy retail environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experiences.
• Confidently approach and assist customers on the shop floor.
• Support customers with product information and general inquiries.
