Job summary

Adidas in London’s Flagship store is seeking a passionate consumer experience ambassador to welcome shoppers, demonstrate product knowledge and drive brand engagement. You will be the first contact at the consumer touchpoint, guiding interactions with a focus on service excellence and sales conversion.

You will collaborate with Specialists and the Flagship Team to deliver a memorable, high‑quality in‑store journey across departments, activations and services, while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a sports/fashion retail environment or area of specialism.
• Experience in managing a high level retail image and delivering consumer in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact a consumer meets at the designated touchpoint with knowledge of products, features and benefits.
• Support in-store activations, events and zone management in collaboration with Specialists, Experts and store teams.
• Foster consumer loyalty through high-quality interactions and brand ambassadorship.
• Deliver personalised and relevant service to increase consumer satisfaction, engagement and conversion.
