Brewers Decorator Centres in Leicester Freemen’s Common is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor on a 5.5 Month Fixed Term Contract to deliver exceptional service in store and support the branch's delivery service.

Experience with our products isn't required—great customer service and team work will be trained. The role involves 8-hour shifts on Mondays, with a competitive salary and benefits package including pension and other perks.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Willingness to participate in training for Fire Marshall/First Aider roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in branch and support delivery service.
• Use product knowledge to recommend best products for customers.
• Mix paint, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the branch network.
• Develop sales of wallpaper, paint and fabric within the company range.
• Build relationships to identify customer needs and provide a comprehensive service.
• Promote seasonal items and merchandising to increase visibility and sales.
• Assist with stock maintenance and unloading deliveries.
