Job summary

WHSmith in Birmingham is seeking a Fixed Term Part-Time Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service across a four-day week. You will be part of a team, contributing to a welcoming store environment and helping customers find what they need.

You will handle stock replenishment, maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and work collaboratively with colleagues during trading hours 9am–9pm.

As a Fixed Term PT Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us. We are looking for a flexible team member who can work part time across 4 days a week (Fixed Term contract across weekdays. Trading hours 9am-9pm). Flexibility is essential.
