Job summary

Callaway Golf Europe is seeking a Fixed Term Junior Designer for a 3-month contract at our Chessington head office. The role is full-time with a hybrid work pattern (minimum 3 days in the office per week).

Salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, with a range dependent on experience. You will design and artwork print and digital content across Europe, adapting global creative for multiple languages while maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with marketing to deliver

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' design experience in agency or in-house/client environment.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong design and artwork production skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with digital and social media design.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and artwork a variety of print and digital content including POS materials, advertising, social assets, catalogues and event collateral.
• Adapt global creative for European markets and multiple languages while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with teams across the business, you will adapt global creative for European markets and multiple languages, while ensuring brand consistency and exceptional attention to detail.You will also support wider creative and marketing projects as required, contributing ideas and helping the team deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.**About You** We are looking for a creative and proactive **Fixed Term Junior Designer** who can combine strong design skills with excellent attention to detail.
