Job summary

Orbit Group is seeking a Project Manager on a fixed-term basis (until October 2027) to drive a strategic property programme and enable operational excellence and improved customer outcomes. You will work across business and technology teams, leading planning and delivery of complex projects, embedding changes, and maximising the value of investments in property and digital services.

The role sits in Technology & Information, with flexibility for agile work and occasional travel to Warwickshire

Qualifications

Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management & business analysis.
Proven experience of managing complex data migration, integration and desktop projects and programmes.
Proven experience in managing medium to large projects/programmes.
Proven experience of working within an organisations technical change management processes and presenting to relevant governance forums e.g. Change Advisory Board (CAB)

Responsibilities

Facilitate and oversee the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables and benefits.
Coordinate and manage project tasks, resources and timelines across teams.
Ensure changes to systems, processes and ways of working are embedded across the organisation.
Lead a virtual project team and work with a technical architect to deliver on time and budget.
