LA MAISON JACQUEMUS is seeking a Client Advisor for our London store to deliver an exceptional client experience and represent the Jacquemus DNA. You will identify client needs, share product knowledge, and guide purchases in line with the House's values.

You will contribute to sales growth, maintain high store standards, and support both in-store and digital initiatives while collaborating with the team to build lasting client relationships.

Jacquemus was founded by Simon Porte Jacquemus in 2009 in Paris, France.

Dedicated to the memory of the designer’s late mother, the brand draws inspiration from a passion for culture. YOUR ROLE

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the House and play a crucial role in offering each client a unique experience in line with the values and commitment of the House. You will strive to discover your clients’ personalities and identify their desires while introducing them to the DNA of the House and its entire product range.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a high sensitivity to product and fashion.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector.
• You have the ability to understand and go beyond the client’s needs to offer the best possible client experience.
• You have a taste for challenges and a desire to collectively achieve set objectives.
• Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential for your success at JACQUEMUS.
• You are fluent in English. Another language would be a plus.
