Job description

A consultant anaesthetist post in the anaesthetic department of Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, based at its Eastern site. Two locum posts are offered, one fixed for 12 months and one for 24 months, with the Eastern hospital as the base for on‑call and residency. The post carries no cross‑cover between the trust’s hospitals, and newly appointed consultants are not expected to take on any that arises later. Staff with Priority or At Risk status, including NHS At Risk staff across Devon, are given preference.
