Qualifications

• Experience in investment management, consulting, asset management or related financial services.
• Strong passion for investment markets and portfolio management.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with investment data and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with eVestment, FactSet or similar tools.
• Progress towards CFA/CAIA/FIA/FSAI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support discretionary fixed income portfolios and manager research.
• Assist with investment strategy and portfolio construction decisions.
• Analyze performance, risk metrics and manager results.
• Help design and implement portfolio solutions.
• Maintain and document portfolio and risk processes.
• Support integration of AI-enabled tools in processes.
• Contribute to client materials and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with PMs, research, investment, operations, and external teams.
