Qualifications

• Experience in asset management for general infrastructure
• Water or aviation sector experience desirable
• Familiar with applying Asset Management Standards to real-life situations
• Ability to travel and be seconded to a client within the UK, typically at the client offices 2 to 3 days a week
• Confidence and capability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong communication, influencing and IT skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Full clean driving licence
• IAM qualifications preferable

Responsibilities

• Bring your understanding, expertise and experience to bear on infrastructure asset management solutions
• Work collaboratively with clients on identifying and establishing strategies and developing asset management plans
• Manage day to day asset management challenges
• Develop and deliver continuous improvement that meets clients' needs and aspirations
• Help shape and manage change activity in organisations looking to improve their Asset Management Maturity
• Diagnose Asset Management issues and help clients tackle those issues
