Job summary

Relais & Châteaux Palé Hall in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our five-red-star service and F&B operations. You will inspire a high-calibre team, maintain exemplary service standards and work closely with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to deliver memorable dining experiences.

We offer a full-time, permanent role, 48 hours per week over seven days with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-calibre hospitality management.
• Naturally inspiring leadership with strong presentation.
• Excellent guest relation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the restaurant and food & beverage service to consistently deliver five-red-star standards.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team, fostering a positive culture and efficient working relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel menus, packages, services and facilities to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with confidence, empathy and discretion.
