Job summary

Savills Workforce+ Front of House delivers premium concierge services across the UK’s prime residential assets. This leadership role focuses on evolving a five‑star proposition, driving KPIs, and ensuring exceptional resident experiences across a diverse portfolio.

You will lead FOH managers, oversee recruitment and performance, and collaborate with clients and partners to maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within five‑star hospitality, luxury residential or premium concierge environments.
• Proven experience leading a portfolio of Residential Concierge operations with exceptional resident and client experiences.
• Strong senior leadership with ability to inspire, develop and retain high‑performing managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Residential Concierge operations across a prime residential portfolio and ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Drive KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics using feedback and MI for continuous improvement.
• Oversee mobilisation of new instructions, including recruitment and TUPE where applicable.
• Manage resident events, experiences and activations to boost engagement and satisfaction.
• Build trusted client relationships and present performance insights at senior level.
