• Experience working with children or young people in educational or support settings.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and progress.
• Help pupils stay focused, engaged and motivated during lessons.
• Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Provide additional support to pupils needing help with learning, confidence or communication.
• Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
