Qualifications

• Confidence working with primary-aged students, including students with SEN.

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom to access learning and reach their full potential.
• Work with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide additional support to students 1:1 with SEN.
• Help maintain a positive classroom environment and promote good behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Support the wider school team to ensure all students feel safe, included and encouraged to succeed.
