Safran is seeking an OEM Assembly Fitter for permanent, full-time work in Gloucester. You will read engineering drawings, assemble complex components, and perform turning/grinding while applying 5S and continuous improvement practices.

The role emphasizes safety and quality compliance and offers varied shifts with substantial premiums. You will bring NVQ Level 3 and an advanced apprenticeship, plus aerospace or automotive mechanical experience.
