Job summary

Nuffield Health Reading is seeking a Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead our gym team, shape the class timetable, and drive high standards across services.

You'll bring REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA, experience managing staff, and a track record of increasing personal training revenue while designing effective fitness programmes.

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary up to £31,750 and a benefits package including gym membership and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fitness or wellbeing team and driving results.
• REPs Level 3 qualification or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
• Proven ability to design effective fitness programmes for individuals and groups.
• Track record of driving PT revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timetable creation and day-to-day class management.
• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Drive sales and KPI performance while maintaining site standards.
• Develop and support staff to achieve ambitious targets.
