Job summary

Nuffield Health Woking Hospital in Wokingham seeks a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead fitness programming and the team. You will design programmes, drive revenue and ensure high standards across studio classes and personal training.

The role requires REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level, proven team leadership, and a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets. It is a full-time on-site position with a strong focus on member wellbeing and service quality.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level is required.
• Experience managing teams in a fitness/gym setting.
• Track record of driving PT revenue and designing effective fitness programmes.

Responsibilities

• Take on a commercial role spanning management, governance and sales of major services.
• Report to the Programme Director and line-manage the fitness team.
• Organise and implement class timetables.
• Oversee fitness programming from studio classes to personal training.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at our gym, you’ve previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team. You’re qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience. You also have a track record of driving PT revenue as well as designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for organising and implementing our class timetables.
