Job summary

Nuffield Health Reading is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead a gym team, drive personal training revenue and deliver top-class fitness programming. You will report to the Programme Director and manage the fitness team, while organising class timetables and overseeing all fitness activities.

The role requires REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner credentials, studio experience and a track record of achieving sales and KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a gym or health club environment.
• Proven track record driving personal training revenue.
• Ability to design effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
• Commercial role spanning management, governance and sales.
• Experience organising class timetables and overseeing fitness programming.
• Strong focus on improving site standards and driving team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the fitness team and drive sales/KPI targets.
• Report to the Programme Director and manage line staff.
• Organise and implement class timetables across the site.
• Oversee programming from studio classes to personal training.
• Continuously improve standards and drive performance across the team.
