Job Description

We’re looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team, playing a pivotal role in managing and maintaining key systems that support the day-to-day operations of our gyms. You’ll ensure all technical support requests are effectively handled, compliance standards are met, and accurate audits are conducted to maintain the integrity of our memberships and gym operations.

  • Ticket Management: Monitor and resolve support tickets related to system issues, ensuring timely responses to gym staff and escalating when necessary.
  • GDPR Compliance: Oversee processes related to GDPR, ensuring all data handling and storage comply with legal and policy standards.
  • Daily Audits: Conduct routine audits on direct debits and account transactions to ensure accurate billing, monitor discrepancies, and assist in maintaining membership records.
  • Account and System Checks: Perform daily checks on member accounts and system functionalities to proactively identify and rectify issues.
  • Gym Support: Act as the go-to technical support for gyms across the UK, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a membership-based or retail setting.
  • Proficiency in system management tools and comfort with various digital platforms and microsoft packages (Excel is a must).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, especially in audits and ticket tracking.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
