Job summary

Parkwood Leisure Limited's Cowbridge Leisure Centre is seeking a part-time Fitness Instructor to lead inductions, fitness assessments and develop personal programmes for customers. You will ensure safety and enjoyment of all users while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will also deliver small group training, maintain facilities, and support daily operations and brand standards. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• REPS level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to work variable hours including some early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, clients and employees.
• Ability to communicate at different levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Undertake inductions, fitness assessments and develop personal programmes for customers.
• Deliver small group training sessions within working hours.
• Take responsibility for daily operation and safety of health and fitness facilities.
• Promote the Leisure Centre brand and adhere to procedures.
• Undertake maintenance work and safety checks as required.
