Job summary

CV Life is seeking an enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join its expanding Lifestyles Health and Fitness Team across Coventry venues. You will deliver gym inductions, tailor personal programmes and assess progress while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Applicants must hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help customers achieve their fitness goals and maintain high standards of customer care.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is required.
• Experience in a fitness suite is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-care skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide gym inductions, complete personal programmes and conduct progress reviews.
• Assist in daily operation of fitness suites and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Promote Wellness packages and assist in engaging customers across venues.
