Job summary

Buzz Gym Harrow is seeking a passionate Fitness Manager to lead our fitness team and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will inspire Personal Trainers, grow Personal Training performance and revenue, and oversee the Group Exercise programme.

You will build strong relationships with members, support membership growth, organise fitness challenges and community events, and maintain high standards across the gym floor, studios and equipment. Salary £30-35k depending on experience.
