Job summary

Love Recruitment in Oxford is seeking a passionate Fitness Manager to lead our fitness team and deliver an outstanding member experience. You will oversee Personal Trainers, drive group exercise success and help grow PT revenue while fostering a welcoming gym environment.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you will develop staff, build member relationships, support retention and contribute to club targets in a dynamic UK gym setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop our Personal Trainers and fitness team
• Grow Personal Training performance and revenue
• Manage and develop our Group Exercise programme
• Build strong relationships with members
• Support membership growth, retention and club targets
• Organise fitness challenges, events and community activities
• Maintain high standards across the gym floor, studios and equipment
