4Leisure Recruitment Ltd in Crawley is recruiting a Fitness Manager to own the fitness operation at a busy leisure facility. You will lead and develop the team, drive personal training performance and group exercise delivery, and deliver the centre's fitness strategy and commercial targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Fitness qualification required.
• Experience leading or supervising a fitness team.
• Experience managing personal training and fitness teams.
• Strong focus on member engagement and retention.

• Leading, motivating and developing the fitness team
• Driving personal training performance and group exercise delivery
• Setting clear targets and supporting the team to achieve them
• Creating a strong and engaging gym floor presence
• Driving member engagement, retention and overall satisfaction

• Managing and monitoring budgets and performance
• Ensuring consistently high standards across the fitness operation
