Job summary

Places for People Group is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead and develop the fitness team, delivering Personal Training, Small Group Training, and group programming.

You will work with the management team, report to the Contracts Manager, and provide KPI and budgetary information to drive strategic decisions. An NVQ Level 3 in fitness (or equivalent) is essential, with proven leadership in the fitness industry or military physical training.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fitness industry or military physical training.
• NVQ level 3 in fitness (or equivalent) is essential.
• Proven ability to work in a managerial role or progression toward one.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire fitness team and ensure Personal Training/Small Group Training and programming targets are met.
• Work with the management team and provide KPI and budgetary information.
• Manage the class timetable including group exercise classes.
