Qualifications

• Managers fitness team and report to Contracts Manager.
• Essential NVQ level 3 in fitness or equivalent.
• Experience in fitness industry or military physical training.
• Able to plan long-term strategies to promote and develop a busy fitness function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire fitness team and ensure targets are met.
• Manage the class timetable including group exercise classes.
• Provide KPI and budgetary information to management.
