Job summary

Leisure People is seeking a Fitness Manager for a leading Farnborough leisure centre. You will lead a team of 5 fitness coaches, delivering an exceptional member experience on the gym floor and optimising inductions, programs, rebooks and tasters.

The role requires coaching and developing the team to meet daily targets, while promoting PT services and collaborating with the GM. Shifts include some weekends; £34K basic with OTE £40K and potential £500/month from PT work.

• Well-qualified fitness professional with fitness management experience.
• Experience leading a team of fitness coaches.

Fitness Manager up to 34K basic OTE 40K - Farnborough

We are looking for a fitness manager to work at one of the leading leisure centres in the Farnborough area. The centre has a well-established membership base and offers their members a high quality and well-equipped gym, multiple studios, pool and wet side operation.

As fitness manager you will lead a team of 5 fitness coaches and be responsible for:

• Driving and delivering an exceptional member experience on the gym floor
• Optimising member inductions, programs, rebooks and taster 1-1 sessions.
• Managing, coaching and leading your fitness team to achieve their daily targets.
• Look to promote and develop the level of PT penetration
• Work very closely with the GM and management team in the club.
• Can personal train and take classes off shift.

We are looking for a well-qualified fitness professional with fitness management experience. You will be working a combination of shifts during the week and 1 in 2 weekends.

In addition to a basic salary of £34K there is the opportunity to personal train clients on and off shift and to take classes to significantly boost your earning potential to earn a further £500/month.
