The Gym Group in Aylesbury is seeking a Fitness Manager to help lead our 24/7 gym and support the General Manager in running the site. You’ll oversee member engagement, coach a team of fitness trainers and help evolve our group exercise timetable.

We value hands-on leadership, a passion for fitness and a focus on delivering outstanding service. Level 2 qualified or studying for the qualification, you’ll thrive in our flexible, people-first culture and drive success at the gym.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or currently studying for it.
• Experience leading gym teams and delivering member-focused service.
• Strong passion for health, fitness and engaging with members.

Responsabilités

• Lead in-gym service offering to drive member satisfaction.
• Line management and leadership of fitness trainers.
• Develop the class timetable and upskill the team to deliver.
• Drive commercial performance of the gym while maintaining high standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed and checks completed.
• Support the GM with rotas, time tracking and security checks.
• Act as keyholder and be available in emergencies.
• You can PT within employed hours and keep 100% of earnings.
