Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Buckinghamshire seeks a Fitness Manager to lead a team of group exercise instructors and drive a programme of engaging classes. You will oversee CIMSPA-accredited training, inspire members, and ensure high service standards across multiple signature formats.

The successful candidate will hold CIMSPA Level 2 or 3, adapt to all fitness levels, and demonstrate strong communication, motivation, and customer-service skills to foster a thriving member community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CIMSPA Level 2 or 3 qualification to apply.
• Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Instructors and support engaging dynamic classes.
• Deliver high-quality group exercise sessions in a single location.
• Inspire members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Maintain excellent communication with members and colleagues.

As a Group Exercise Supervisor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role
