Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is looking for Group Exercise Supervisors to lead a team of instructors and run engaging dynamic classes across our timetable, from yoga to HIIT, including the six Signature Classes: BLAZE, SPIRIT, CYCLONE, RHYTHM, IGN1TE and BATTLEBOX. You will deliver CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching to keep classes outstanding.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.
• Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Be passionate about health and fitness and inspire members to achieve goals.
• Have strong communication and interaction skills.
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Have a passion about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of instructors and support engaging, dynamic classes.
• Support and supervise group exercise sessions across multiple signature classes.
• Maintain CIMSPA-accredited coaching standards through ongoing training.
• Provide excellent member service and motivation.
