Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking passionate Group Exercise Instructors to lead Yoga, Reformer, Pilates and Aqua classes, plus our six Signature Classes: BLAZE, SPIRIT, CYCLONE, RHYTHM, IGN1TE, BATTLEBOX.

Join a team that offers bespoke CIMSPA-accredited training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career growth within state-of-the-art studios. Applicants must be self-employed with public liability insurance and hold CIMSPA Level 2 or 3.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification required.
• Self-employed status with Public Liability Insurance of £2 million.
• Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passion for health and fitness and helping members achieve goals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead Yoga, Reformer, Pilates and Aqua classes and all Signature Classes (BLAZE, SPIRIT, CYCLONE, RHYTHM, IGN1TE, BATTLEBOX).
• Deliver CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching to instructors.
• Inspire and support members to reach their health and fitness goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and create an inclusive class environment.

• IGN1TE – a choreographed, cardio-based workout

About you:

As a Group Exercise Instructor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role
• Registered self‑employed, with Public Liability Insurance for £2 million.
• Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self‑driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
