David Lloyd Clubs in Kennford, Devon, is seeking a Fitness Manager / Group Exercise Supervisor to lead a team of Instructors and ensure engaging, dynamic classes across our premium studios. You will oversee the delivery of CIMSPA-accredited training and support staff development.

The role requires CIMSPA Level 2 or 3, passion for health and fitness, and excellent communication. Join us to help members achieve their goals and grow within a thriving club network.

About you:

As a Group Exercise Supervisor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role
• Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities
• You will have a passion for health and fitness and be able to support and inspire our members to achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
