Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Eastbourne is looking for passionate Group Exercise Instructors to lead a diverse timetable of classes from yoga to HIIT, including signature formats such as BLAZE, SPIRIT and CYCLONE. You will deliver engaging sessions in first-class studios and act as a brand ambassador for the club.

You will receive bespoke CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching for these signature classes, with opportunities for career progression within the network.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification required.
• Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.

About the Role

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking passionate Group Exercise Instructors to lead engaging and dynamic classes. The role involves delivering a diverse timetable of exercise classes, from yoga to HIIT, alongside exclusive signature classes such as BLAZE, SPIRIT, CYCLONE, RHYTHM, IGN1TE, and BATTLEBOX. Instructors will receive bespoke CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching for these signature classes. Team members are considered ambassadors of the business and the heart of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification.
