Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Chester is looking for a fitness-minded professional to join our leisure club team. You will coach and inspire guests, helping them achieve fitness goals while supporting revenue growth and membership sign-ups.

Ideally you have Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer experience and are happy to work across 7 days a week. We offer career training, a competitive salary (£26,436.80 per annum) and inclusive staff benefits.

£26,436.80 per annum. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Do you have a passion for Fitness?

Do you have the drive to coach, inspire help guests achieve their fitness goals.

In this role you will support the leisure club team in driving revenue and helping entice new members into signing up to join the leisure club.

You will need to be a person that really enjoys the world of fitness and ideally coming from a background with some Fitness instructor, personal trainer experience.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
