Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Chester Hotel & Spa is seeking a friendly Leisure Club host to welcome leisure guests—members, residents, and day visitors—with a warm, professional approach. You will help plan visits, suggest treatments, and enhance their experience while maintaining high standards across the leisure facilities.

The role offers shifts across seven days, 24 hours per week over three days, with a starting salary of £12.71 per hour (£15,862.08 per annum).

You will be the first person our leisure guestsmeet as they enter our Hotel Leisure Club, these guests could be club members, hotel residents or day visitors. understanding their needs andensuring they have a wonderful experience is a key part of your role.

You will bepivotal inwelcoming host into our hotels but also knowledgeable about the Leisure Club.

You will need to be organised and enjoy greeting guests in a professional but personable manner. You willenhancing their experience helping to plan their visit and assist inrecommending treatments and other services.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
