Freedom Leisure is seeking a committed Fitness Instructor to join our team. You will inspire clients, tailor workouts, and ensure safe and effective use of gym equipment. Full training and supportive environment provided to help you grow within our charitable leisure trust.

The role requires a REPs Level 2 Fitness Instructor and offers 37 hours per week on a rota basis, with additional training and development opportunities. We value diversity and inclusivity across our 130+ centres nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• REPs Level 2 Fitness Instructor certification is required.
• REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer certification is desirable.
• Ability to assist gym users with exercise queries and programs on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times.

Aufgaben

• Assist and support gym users with exercise queries and workout programs daily.
• Instruct fitness sessions at various levels for groups and individuals.
• Ensure safety and deliver excellent customer service in line with policies and procedures.
