Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring a Fitness Instructor to join our team in Angmering on Sea. The role focuses on inspiring clients, tailoring workouts to each person, and keeping sessions fun, safe, and effective.

You will work with a range of abilities, delivering both group and individual sessions with excellent customer care. The successful candidate will have REPs Level 2, with REPs Level 3 as a desirable extra, and be prepared to support gym users with queries and programs while upholding our

Job description

We are looking for a Fitness Instructor to join our team! We are looking for someone who has a real passion for fitness along with the relevant qualifications. As a Fitness Instructor, you need to inspire people to train, to tailor the workouts to the individual making them fun and effective, ensuring that they use the equipment both effectively and safely. The role of a Fitness Instructor is varied and interesting as you never know who your next client is going to be, so you will need to possess excellent people skills to build peoples trust and confidence in you.

• REPs level 2 Fitness Instructor
• REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer (desirable but not essential)
• To assist support the gym users with exercise queries and programs on a day-to-day basis
• To provide the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems
