Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring a Fitness Instructor at our Littlehampton facility. The role focuses on inspiring clients, tailoring workouts to individuals and ensuring safe, effective use of equipment. It’s a 15-hour-per-week position with flexible shifts across the week.

The ideal candidate holds REPs Level 2, with REPs Level 3 PT preferred. We offer training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within our charitable leisure trust.

Qualifications

• REPs level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification required.
• REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification desirable but not essential.
• Assist gym users with exercise queries and programmes daily.
• Provide high standards of customer service and safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Instruct fitness sessions for groups and individuals across ability levels.
• Support gym users with exercise queries and personalised programmes.
• Maintain safety and service standards in line with policies and systems.
