Job summary

Places Leisure is seeking a proactive Fitness Instructor to join our lively venues. You will inspire members, deliver tailored health and fitness guidance, and help clients reach their goals in a supportive environment.

With CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 as a baseline (Level 3 encouraged), you will receive ongoing training and development, and have opportunities to progress to a Fitness Manager while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification.
• Desirable CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3 or progression plan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused fitness guidance and group sessions.
• Conduct initial inductions and ensure equipment safety.
• Provide Personal Training services and build client base.
• Support a safe, clean facility and work with the team to maintain standards.
