Ardencote Manor invites applications for a part-time, permanent Fitness Instructor role at Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat. You’ll lead group classes, support guests' fitness goals and maintain a welcoming gym environment with a focus on safety and excellence.

As part of the Leisure Team, you’ll bring energy, adapt sessions to different abilities, stay informed on fitness trends and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards across facilities.

Formación

• Relevant fitness qualification and passion for promoting active lifestyles.
• Ability to lead group exercise classes and support individuals.

• Knowledge of safe gym practices and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering engaging and motivating group exercise classes and individual fitness sessions.
• Inspiring and supporting guests to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
• Demonstrating correct exercise techniques and ensuring the safe use of gym equipment.
• Creating and adapting exercise programmes to suit different abilities and fitness levels.
• Providing expert guidance on exercise, stretching, warm-ups and cool-downs.
• Building positive relationships with guests and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring our gym and fitness facilities are clean, safe, organised and welcoming.
• Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Keeping up to date with fitness trends and bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our Leisure Team

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping others feel their best! Whether you're delivering engaging group exercise classes, supporting guests with their fitness goals or creating a welcoming and motivating gym environment, you'll play an important role in enhancing our guests' wellbeing experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging and motivating group exercise classes and individual fitness sessions
• Inspiring and supporting guests to achieve their personal health and fitness goals

What We're Looking For

• A relevant fitness qualification, ideally Level 3 Personal Trainer or equivalent
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and promoting active lifestyles
• Confidence and enthusiasm when leading group exercise classes and supporting individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Good knowledge of exercise techniques, gym equipment and safe working practices
• A friendly, positive and approachable personality with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• A proactive and supportive team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, where required

Previous experience delivering fitness classes or working in a gym, leisure or hospitality environment would be an advantage. However, we're equally interested in individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals!

Additional Information

• Part-Time permanent positions
• Working between 3 - 5 days out of 7 per week (including weekends and bank holidays, you will need to be flexible to the business needs), working between 13.5 - 22.5 hours per week
• £13.50 per hour
• Right to work in the UK required as time of application (visa sponsorship is not available)
