Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Newbury is seeking a self-employed Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging fitness classes. The role requires CIMSPA Level 2 or 3 qualification and a passion for health and fitness, with the ability to inspire members and adapt to all levels.

You will have opportunities for teaching multiple classes at a single location and access ongoing CIMSPA-accredited training. Competitive pay is offered per hour, with a strong focus on member satisfaction and career growth within

About you:

As a Group Exercise Instructor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role
• Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
