Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd seeks passionate Holistic Instructors to join our premium health and wellness group. You will teach Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, and Meditation, including our SPIRIT classes, creating spaces where members feel balanced, rejuvenated, and connected both physically and mentally.

You will inspire members to reach their goals, bring excellent communication and customer service, and thrive in a supportive, inclusive club environment across Shrewsbury and other UK locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) or IYN qualifications - Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Teach Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Meditation or David Lloyd SPIRIT classes.
• Create a space for members to feel balanced, rejuvenated and connected physically and mentally.
• Inspire and support members to achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals.
• Engage with members to foster a thriving, inclusive club culture.

About you:

• Please be aware, you must hold a minimum of Fitness/ETM Level 2 qualification or equivalent to apply for this role
• In addition, hold the below specific genre qualifications (class dependent) - BWY (British Wheel of Yoga), or IYN, (Independent Yoga Network) - Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor
• You will be passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self-driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
