Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking passionate Group Exercise Instructors to lead engaging classes across Yoga, Reformer, Pilates and Aqua, plus six Signature Programs. You must hold CIMSPA Level 2/3 and be registered self-employed with £2 million Public Liability Insurance.

You will inspire members, coach them through progressive workouts, and contribute to an energetic, inclusive club culture.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification is required.
• Self-employed with Public Liability Insurance for £2 million.
• Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
• Passionate about health and fitness with customer service focus.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead Yoga, Reformer, Pilates and Aqua classes.
• Deliver ongoing CIMSPA-accredited training and coaching.

• BLAZE – high-intensity strength, cardio & combat training
• SPIRIT – a fusion of yoga and Pilates, choreographed to music

About you:

As a Group Exercise Instructor:

• Please be aware, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role
• Registered self‑employed, with Public Liability Insurance for £2 million.
• Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals.
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Be self‑driven with a positive outlook
• Have a passion about customer service.
