As a Fitness Instructor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the physical wellbeing of military and civilian personnel. You'll deliver engaging fitness programmes, provide one-to-one coaching, support rehabilitation activities, and help maintain first-class sports facilities. This is a rewarding position where you'll directly contribute to operational effectiveness while developing your own skills and experience within a leading defence and engineering organisation.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Henlow, Bedfordshire.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
