Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Head Coach to own the fitness product in a London gym. You’ll mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, deliver innovative training programmes, and drive member engagement on the gym floor.

You’ll lead MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training, and Group Training, while driving sales, onboarding initiatives and revenue opportunities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner
• Experience delivering personal training and group training modalities
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and inspire a team
• Up-to-date with fitness trends and innovations
• Excellent interpersonal communication and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador.
• Lead fitness products MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training, and Group Training with high quality delivery.
• Drive engagement in national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday, in‑gym challenges and events.
• Mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, providing constructive feedback for growth.
• Own REDEFINE: drive sales, cohort participation and member results.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff; manage group training timetables and KPIs.
• Drive new member sales and retention and maximise PT, memberships and secondary spend.
• Deliver on‑shift classes and personal training sessions to company standards.
• Lead by example across the gym floor, reception, and member interactions.
