Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a passionate Leisure Club team member to enhance our members’ fitness journeys. You’ll lead gym orientations, deliver fitness classes, and help maintain a clean, safe pool area with exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness, with ability to talk to everyone and build relationships with gym members.
• A personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent customer service leading to high member satisfaction.
• Solutions oriented with eye for spotting issues before they happen.
• Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping everyone safe.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym orientations and inductions for new members.
• Deliver fitness classes and coaching for members.
• Monitor the pool area and ensure first-class cleanliness.
• Create a friendly, engaging environment across the club.
