Village Hotel Club in Ashton-under-Lyne is looking for a people‑person to join our leisure team, delivering outstanding member service across a busy fitness and hospitality environment.

You will run gym orientations, lead small‑group classes, supervise the pool area and help keep our club beautifully clean and welcoming for every member. A personal training qualification and a friendly, proactive approach are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness with the ability to talk to everyone
• Strong customer service and relationship-building with gym members
• Experience or interest in leading fitness activities and classes

Responsibilities

• Lead gym orientations and member inductions
• Deliver group fitness classes
• Monitor the pool area and maintain cleanliness
• Support coaching, cleaning or coordinating fitness classes
