Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Internals Manager to oversee internal works through to completion on a fast-paced scheme in Holborn, London. The role runs for approximately 12 months with a daily rate of 240–250 GBP, start ASAP.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in internals management or finishing foreman roles, with a strong background in student accommodation or similar residential/commercial schemes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Internals Manager/Finishing Foreman.
• Proven background on student accommodation or similar residential/commercial schemes.
• Strong knowledge of internal trades, sequencing, and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work to tight programmes.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Management and coordination of all internal and fit-out works.
• Overseeing subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered to programme.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and finish throughout.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements.
• Working closely with the Project Manager and site team to drive progress.
• Managing snagging and handover processes.

An excellent opportunity for an experience Internals Manager to be involved in a fast-paced, high-quality scheme, overseeing the internal works through to completion over the next 12 months.

The role of Internals / Fit Out Supervisor/ Finishing Foreman is to start ASAP up to 12 months work and beyond for the right candidate. You to considered for this role you must have previously managed subcontractors and trades on site and worked on student accommodation schemes

Role Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Approximately 12 months - Could continue longer for the right person
• Rate: 240 - 250 per day (depending on experience)
• Location: Holborn London
